Return Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation.

1. In case of damaged/defective book, the picture of the damaged/defective portion(s) of the book will be required to be sent to us along with the copy of the invoice against which the book was purchased.
2. Undertaking/picture of the book as proof of damage/defect is to be sent on the Company’s centralized WhatsApp No.
3. Return it to us within 15 days from date of invoice.
4. Shipping and handling costs for replacement of the book shall be borne by the customer.
5. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your credit to be processed.

This Warranty, however, excludes damage caused by excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, and damage resulting from inappropriate use or use under abnormal conditions.

This replacement Warranty is applicable to Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Karnataka and Kerala.
